Would implants be a good way to improve my flat cheeks?

Filed under: Cheek Implants, Injectable Fillers — admin @ 11:25 am

Question:
I’ve always had very flat cheeks and have envied those with nice high cheekbones. Would implants be a good way to improve my flat cheeks? Are there any other options like fillers?

Answer:
The use of cheek implants has a long and successful history. Recently the use of injectable fillers and fat has provided a less invasive method. The implants have the advantage of being permanent, and the injectables have the attractiveness of being office procedures.

the types of incisions used for cheek implants.

Question:
Could you tell me about the types of incisions used for cheek implants and the pros and cons of each if there is more than one option?

Answer:
Cheek implants can be placed either through an oral incision under the lip, or through an eyelid approach if work is needed in that area. The oral approach does not leave any facial scars, and the eyelid approach may allow for easier placement. The results should be excellent either way.
