I had rhinoplasty 3 weeks ago. I just found out that I need to travel (6 hour flight) for work. Is it safe to fly at this point? Are there any precautions that I should take?

After 7-10 days the swelling around the nose should be resolved enough for safe air travel. If you are still feeling a little congested take an oral decongestant such as pseudoephedrine about an hour before Flying.
